Working with Teams 

At some level, we are always part of a team. We never exist on our own: we always have some awareness of others and relationships are a fundamental aspect of who we are, how we show up and what we seek.

Building good teams, however, can be quite an enterprise.Teamwork is about spirit. It is not just an intellectual exercise. Teams, like individuals, come alive when they are engaged with a sense of purpose and vision that excites and engages them.

I work with teams who are starting out on a new venture, project teams who are functional, virtual or transitional, teams implementing new programmes of change, and teams who might just have been successful previously but for some reason have got “stuck”.

My approach to working with teams both systemic and phenomenological, guided by this framework:
